Terms & Conditions

  • Airport Tax/Fee of $15 extra for prearranged Airport pickup (Lincoln sedan and SUV) goes directly to Toronto Pearson.
  • All prices are subject to 13% tax
  • Rates subject to change without any notice due to weather / road conditions.
  • $10 extra for child seat.
  • $10 extra for en route stop for Lincoln sedan.
  • Any extra stop out of route will result in higher charges. Please mention when reserving vehicle to get the right quote.
  • $10 extra for every 15 minutes of waiting time (first 10 minutes free).
  • $45 extra for Meet & Greet Service.
  • Additional fee charged for use of Toll Highway 407
  • All prepaid reservation subject to 15% Driver Gratuity.
  • Any damages to the vehicle inside or outside will result in extra charge.
  • Clean up cost inside the car. Minimum cost for detailing $200.
  • 1.5 hrs wait time free from airport and after that hourly/late charges will be applied.
  • Zero tolerance on misbehaving with the driver and will result in early and safe exit from the vehicle before reaching destination.
  • 12 hour cancellation notice prior to pickup or will result in minimum $50 charge if in GTA. Outside GTA will result in higher charges,depending on location and distance.
  • No show or cancel right at spot will result in full charges,including 15% gratuity.
  • All prices mentioned on the site are for sedan / lincoln town car. Suv / Stretch or any other vehicle, please call to get the right quote.

Weather Conditions:

Please note that under extreme weather conditions we might have to cancel services and you could face delays.In such cases, we will inform you well before time. During stormy seasons, it might not be possible for us to check the and monitor flight schedules because the flight schedules are not updated most of the time. So in this case please check your flight status and inform us if there would be any delay in your arrival or departure. In case of bad weather conditions on the road that would cause delays, we might not be able to offer a flat rate and hence in a scenario such as this, excessive time on the road will be charged.
