2. What do I need to provide when booking?

Please have the following ready:

  • Flight number (for arrivals)

  • Pickup/drop-off addresses

  • Number of passengers & luggage

  • Special requests (e.g. child seat )

3. Do you track flights in case of delays?

Yes, we monitor your flight in real-time. If it’s delayed or arrives early, we adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra charge.

4. Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

Your driver will meet you at the designated limo pickup area. If you choose our Meet & Greet service, they will wait inside the terminal with a sign displaying your name.

5. What if my flight is delayed or early?

No problem! We track flight statuses to ensure your limo is there when you land. No need to call unless there’s a last-minute flight change.

6. What vehicle types do you offer?

We offer:

7. Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are fully refundable. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a full charge. Please contact us ASAP if you need to change or cancel.
