We are committed to providing you with a safe, reliable, and comfortable experience. Please take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions before booking. By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to the following:


Service Charges & Fees

  • Airport Pickup Fee
    A $15 fee applies for all pre-arranged airport pickups (Lincoln sedan and SUV), which is remitted directly to Toronto Pearson Airport.
  • Taxes
    All quoted rates are subject to 13% HST.
  • Rate Adjustments
    Pricing is subject to change without prior notice due to road or weather conditions.
  • Child Seat
    An additional $10 fee applies for child safety seats.
  • Stops During Travel
    • One en route stop (Lincoln sedan): $10
    • Additional or out-of-route stops: Priced based on distance and time. Please disclose all required stops when booking to receive an accurate quote.
  • Waiting Time
    The first 10 minutes of waiting are complimentary. Thereafter, a fee of $10 per 10-minute interval will apply.
  • Meet & Greet Service
    Available upon request for an additional $65.
  • Toll Routes
    Use of toll highways (e.g., Highway 407) will incur additional charges.
  • Prepaid Reservations
    All prepaid bookings are subject to a 15% gratuity, applied automatically.

Vehicle Care & Responsibility

  • Damage Policy
    Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
  • Cleaning Fee
    A minimum $250 fee will be charged for excessive mess requiring interior detailing.

Airport Pickup Protocol

  • Complimentary Wait Time
    Up to 60 minutes of wait time is included for airport arrivals. After this period, hourly or late fees will apply.
  • Flight Monitoring
    We monitor flights; however, in severe weather conditions, this may not always be possible. We kindly ask passengers to check flight status independently and notify us of any delays.

Conduct & Safety

  • Respectful Conduct
    We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior toward our chauffeurs. Disrespectful conduct may result in early termination of the trip, with the passenger being safely dropped off at the nearest appropriate location.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Within the GTA
    Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations are subject to a minimum $75 charge.
  • Outside the GTA
    Cancellations are subject to higher fees based on location and distance.
  • No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations
    Will be charged the full fare, including 15% gratuity.

Weather-Related Conditions

At times, nature may impact our ability to provide service exactly as scheduled. The safety of our passengers and drivers is our top priority. Please review the following weather-related policies:

No Compensation for Weather Delays
While we do our best to minimize inconvenience, we are not liable for delays, missed flights, or appointments resulting from acts of nature or hazardous road conditions.

Service Delays & Cancellations
In the event of severe weather conditions (such as heavy snowfall, ice storms, flooding, or high winds), services may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled entirely if deemed unsafe. We will make every effort to notify you in advance.

Flight Monitoring Limitations
During major storms or flight disruptions, airlines may not update flight status promptly. In such instances, our ability to monitor arrivals and departures may be compromised. We kindly ask passengers to independently verify flight status and inform us of delays as early as possible.

Road Closures & Traffic Disruptions
If poor weather leads to road closures, traffic congestion, or detours, additional travel time and charges may apply. Flat-rate pricing may no longer be valid under such conditions.

Service Area Restrictions
In extreme weather, certain routes, highways, or regions may become temporarily inaccessible. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location where safety is at risk.

Extended Wait Times
During inclement weather, pickup times may be affected due to slower traffic flow and longer travel durations. We ask for your patience and understanding during such delays.

Passenger Responsibility
It is the passenger’s responsibility to stay informed about weather advisories and plan accordingly. If you anticipate travel disruptions, please contact us in advance to reschedule or cancel. Standard cancellation policies will still apply unless the cancellation is due to confirmed road closure or service suspension.
